Braun Photo Technik is expanding its extensive range of game cameras with the ultra-light Braun Scouting Cam Black200 Mini. As the name suggests, the Black200 Mini stands out with its small dimensions of only 105 x 75 x 43 (HxWxD) mm and its very low weight of only 136 grams.

The 2 MP CMOS image sensor used delivers very good color images during the day. The Scouting Cam Black200 Mini also delivers videos with a length of up to ten minutes and a resolution of 1080p (30fps). As soon as daylight fades, the two black infrared LEDs are activated and illuminate the scene. Then, for technical reasons, all recordings are recorded at night in black and white, with the maximum night vision distance being around 20 meters at night. The triggering time is only 0.5 seconds.

Braun delivers the Scouting Cam Black200 Mini in a robust housing and with a PIR motion detector with a detection radius of 60° and two black IR LEDs (high power 850nm) for night shots. The compact and waterproof camera housing meets protection class IP65. The Braun Scouting Cam Black200 Mini has a 2'' color TFT display for checking the recordings, which are stored on a micro SD card (up to 256GB, AVI and JPG format).

Useful time-lapse recordings (photo) are also possible with the trail camera. The standby time is around six months. The operating temperatures range from -10 degrees to 70 degrees. In addition, the Braun Scouting Cam Black200 Mini has an integrated microphone, password protection and the date, time, moon phase and temperature. Power is supplied by four AA batteries. The scope of delivery also includes a tree mount and a fastening strap to fix the camera to a tree. Alternatively, it can also be placed independently on a tripod.
